The type of Equipment that Heresite can coat are limitless. Our specialized, modern equipment and thoroughly trained personnel have enabled us to manage custom requirement as well as the standard applications in a timely manner and consistent with our high quality standards.
Having Heresite apply the coatings that we manufacture in our facility offers the end user a one source responsibility. If a problem does surface you only have to consult with Heresite and not a number of coating manufactures, applicators and contractors. Call us for a quote for your next project
All types and sizes of Coils, Radiators and HVAC equipment can be Heresite Coated with our P-413 heat cured phenolic in our facility. It will protect them against damaging environment such as salt air, acid rain, and swimming pools chlorines (chlorine < 100 ppm) as well as most other corrosive atmospheres. The coating will extend the life of the coil or radiator several times compared to an uncoated coil and the effect on heat transfer is minor: less than 5%. It is economical to have the Heresite coatings applied, frequently for only a few hundred dollars to adds years to the life of the coil radiator or other equipment. Heresite starts by manufacturing the coating itself using raw materials and time tested formulas. This quality is continued right through the coating process which includes, cleaning the coil, a phosphate bath, multiple coil submersions, a bake between each coat and a final cure of 400°F. Heresite can also disassemble units, coat the required parts, recharge the unit, reassemble and ship in the original packaging.

Our in house applications include large transport equipment such as Railroad Tank Cars, Tank Truck Trailers, ISO Shipping Tanks. Our Plant 2 facilities were specifically designed to satisfy the unique needs of the transportation industries. We are also uniquely qualified to apply our coatings to large tanks, vessels or smaller chemical and food processing equipment. Our facilities have been designed for the efficient application of our coatings. We can line practically all types of equipment which can be transported to our facility by truck or rail.

Heresite and Saekaphen have partnered in North America for 30 years to provide linings in the tubes of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers. The patented process for lining straight and U-tubes bundles will provide ordinary carbon steel with corrosion resistance equal to high grade alloys, copper, brass, and most specialty metals. These coating also resists fouling and substantially reduces maintenance costs. By providing a smooth, glossy surface for fluid flow, they lower pressure drop through the tubes with minimal effect on heat transfer. The Heresite/ Saekaphen Process includes pre-baking, blasting each tube, applying 4 to 5 coats while rotating on a fixture, an intermediate bake between each coat, mil thickness void testing and a final cure of 400°F. We can line many sizes of bundles form 8 feet long to 40 feet long and weights up to 60,000 pounds. This process applies the coating to the tubes while the bundle is rotating on a fixture. The rotation gives an even coat to each tube with no coating build up on the bottom of the tube, which often happens when applicators spray tubes with epoxy coating. If you have questions about this process and how it can save your company downtime and money please contact the Heresite home office.
